◼︎ Personal Information Completion
To complete the examination registration, please ensure that your basic information in the Member Center has been fully completed.
If the required personal information is incomplete, the registration will be considered incomplete, even if the submission is successful, and will not be accepted.
Certain personal information (such as date of birth and national identification number) is required for member identification and examination data verification. Once submitted for the first time, these fields cannot be modified independently.

◼︎ Payment & Seat Reservation
Registration is only considered successful after online payment is completed.
If you enter the checkout page but do not complete the payment (e.g., closing the window, switching tabs, payment failure), the system will temporarily lock the selected ticket, but this does not guarantee seat reservation.
Unpaid orders will automatically expire after a certain period. The ticket will be released back into the inventory, and the original order cannot be reopened or restored.
If you still wish to participate, you must place a new order, subject to seat availability at the time of re-ordering.
Seat reservation is not provided for unpaid orders. Thank you for your understanding.
Examination Day Guidelines
◼︎ Required Items & Examination Rules
Please bring a valid identification document and a 2B pencil on the examination day.
◼︎ Examination Rules for Minors
Applicants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on the examination day.
Failure to do so will result in disqualification from the examination, and a refund may be processed in accordance with Mensa Taiwan’s refund policy.
Registration Change & Cancellation Policy
◼︎ Examination Change Policy
If you wish to cancel your registration or change your examination session, you must submit a request at least 7 days before the examination date.
If a cancellation request is submitted more than 7 days prior to the examination date
(e.g., for a December 14 examination, the deadline would be December 7 at 23:59),
50% of the examination fee will be refunded.
If the examination is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued.
If a session change request is submitted more than 7 days before the examination date, you may transfer to another published examination session, subject to availability.
If you arrive late on the examination day, we will attempt to arrange an alternative session on the same day. If no seats are available, you may apply on-site for a credit toward a future examination.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows on the examination day.
◼︎ Personal Information Correction
If your registration information does not match your official identification (e.g., name, date of birth, or identification number), please request a correction before the examination date.
If an inconsistency is identified during official review, we will attempt to contact you once via email. If corrections are completed more than 7 days prior to the examination, no additional fees will be charged.
If identification discrepancies are discovered on the examination day, you will not be permitted to take the examination, and no refund will be provided.
